Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the product is not as described or received the wrong product/ Variant as ordered by the customer.
- If above point is true for any customer, then they are eligible for a return as per below conditions.
- Customer to report and contact our support team within 03-days of delivery of product.
- customer to provide details in support of how the item differs from its description or receipt of wrong product.
- returns approved only if the support team is fully satisfied in respect of above points.
- Your return approval / Disapproval will be conveyed by our team to the customer's mail ID and related process of return if any.
- If return approved, the customer will be responsible for shipment of product to our mailing address which will be conveyed through mail. (shipping cost non refundable)
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and is credited automatically to your original method of payment or in the form of store coupon codes as per customer request, within 5 to 7 working days.
- Store coupon codes once issued cannot be processed for cancellation or for any changes like validity of date, transfer of coupon codes etc.
- If order is placed using a store coupon code, in such instances if any refund applicable, will be refunded back in the form of store coupon code only, in any instance amount will not processed for account refund. (Example: If customer orders item of Rs. 100/- and has paid Rs. 50 using store coupon code and Rs. 50 from account, if refund applicable then Rs.50 will be refunded as store coupon code and Rs. 50 will be credited to customer account)
Cancellation (If Applicable)
- After order placement by customer , if order is not processed within 10 days or item not in stock - the order will get cancelled automatically by our system and full refund will be initiated to customer.
- If Order has left our warehouse facility to our courier partner for shipment and is due for shipment, and customer request for cancellation, at this stage order can be processed for cancellation by deducting cancellation fees of 50% of the order value (include all charges and taxation)
- If order gets shipped from our courier partner, at this stage the order cannot be processed for cancellation.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your Bank or credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected in your account.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our onsite chat messenger.
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges/Return (if applicable)
- We only accept return /exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return /exchange Contact us through our onsite chat messenger and after confirmation from us you can send your item to our mailing address as Intimated by our support team in further course of communication.
- After confirmation on return /exchange from us, to return /exchange your product, you should mail your product to: our mailing address as intimated.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return /exchange of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return /exchange product to reach you, may vary.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service for return /exchange of items to confirm the receipt of the same to our mailing address.
90 Days buyer protection
- Refund is also offered if ordered product is not delivered to shipping address or not fulfilled by us within 90-Days. To avail the refund customer needs to approach support team for refund within 10 days after completion of 90 days period. If the order delivery is failed due to 05 reason as mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery policy, then customer can not liable to claim the 90 days buyer protection. To claim the 90 days buyer protection if any please contact us through our onsite chat messenger.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Our Shipping & Delivery Policy : Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information/Address in the order form. PIN/ZIP Code number and working Telephone number or Mobile Phone Number is must for everyone
- All Products Dispatched and Sold from our web store are VAT/GST Paid, Customs Duty / Other Taxes (If Applicable) are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different states and must be paid directly by the buyer. Customs Duty / Penalties Taxes are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your Central or State government. They are entirely responsibility of the customers.\
- Our primary shipping service is Post Parcels, EMS, ePacket, BlueDart, Fedxe, ARAMAX, DHL,by Air and Sea Cargo that take Minimum 18 Working Days or Maximum 90 business days or More depending on Location of Delivery Address (Many of our products ship from our primary warehouse in HONG KONG within 02 - 05 Working Days from the date of Order Confirmation)
Please Note: All Shipments are International Shipments, hence We are Not Responsible for any failed Delivery Due to following 5 Reasons:
1. Wrong or Incomplete Address,
2. Unavailability of Receiver,
3. House or Premises Locked/Shifted or Not Contactable
4. any other Reasons Which are Collaborated to Shipping Address or Receiver.
5. if the product reached to destination country and address but not accepted delivery due to any reason by buyer, in case product rejects on delivery it will be Void and not eligible for any refund or cancellation.
Orders Not Delivered due to any of Above 5 Mentioned Reasons will not be be eligible for any refunds.
